How will future humans give energy to their technological enhancements (robotic exoskeletons, implantable enhancements, neural interfaces, etc)? The energy harvesting system is a bio-electromechanical device that is implanted onto a user. The device consists of an energy harvesting system and energy distribution roots that work as a simbiote with the users cells and non carbon based enhancements.
How would society transition into this new technologies? Would adoption be unevenly distributed? Could this create an even greater gap between rich / powerful and poor / vulnerable groups?
